Project inquiries and pricing

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or confirm a booking. Displayed prices are starting prices. Final scope, price, payment terms, usage rights and delivery dates will be stated in a separate written agreement or invoice.

Client assets

Clients are responsible for having permission to provide and use all footage, photos, trademarks, music or other materials they supply. Additional project terms may apply before production begins.

Travel offers

Travel purchases are made directly with third-party providers. Fact Fusion Zone is not the travel provider and is not responsible for bookings, cancellations, injuries, losses, provider changes or the quality of third-party services.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Fact Fusion name, logo, design, written content and original media are owned by Fact Fusion Zone or used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
